Have your smoke alarms been tested every month and are they in working order?

Have your fire extinguishers been professionally inspected and serviced within the last 12 months?

Is your business a restaurant with a commercial kitchen?

Does your commercial hood suppression system have a current inspection tag? (If you are not a restaurant, check N/A)

Do you use extension cords as permanent wiring in any location?

Are the breakers in your electrical panel labeled?

Do you use portable space heaters in any area of your business?
